This piece was created collaboratively by 44 members of the New England Mosaic Society to beautify the Family Table, a food pantry at Jewish Community & Family Services in Waltham, MA.  I met with staff of the agency to lead them through the initial stages of a design process, then sent each participating mosaic artist a symbol, a piece of backer board, and border tiles. Each person then interpreted their symbol in mosaic, supplying their own tiles and adhesive.  I connected all of the elements and installed the collaborative piece in May of 2022.
